ILLNESS PROTOCOLS

The health and wellbeing of our community is our business.

If you are experiencing any symptoms associated with flu, cold, or COVID-19, contact us right away to reschedule your appointment to a later date. We’d like you to stay home and rest up and come to see us when you’re feeling better. Please do not attend the clinic if you are feeling unwell, as you will be sent home.

Masks are optional in our spaces. When you join us, you have the option to be provided with a mask. We are sensitive to the needs of immune-compromised members of our community and continue to encourage mask usage where appropriate. Please feel comfortable requesting practitioner mask usage during your visit.

Sanitizer stations are located at entry and exit points, and in each of the treatment rooms.

COMMUNICATION

Please note that any abusive language towards staff will result in immediate and permanent termination of clinical access.

You can reach our Front Desk Team by phone (at 604-565-2589), email, or in-person at the time of your appointment. Should you have a question for your practitioner, their email can be found here. If your situation is urgent, we ask that you contact the office by phone, as your practitioner may be unavailable or in treatment.

CLEANING PROCEDURE

Practitioners are provided additional time and equipment to properly sanitize all hard and soft surfaces in each treatment room. Additionally, our Front Desk Team regularly sanitizes high traffic surfaces. All textiles are laundered and heat-treated after each use.

BOOKINGS

Bookings can be made online up to four hours before an available appointment time, or anytime by phone, or by email request.

Default online appointment bookings are currently limited to 60 minutes. Please contact the clinic directly for bookings of alternative lengths.

You can also request a practitioner via waitlist through your booking profile if you do not see a time that suits your schedule.

Many of our practitioners are working at both our City Hall and Gastown locations, so be sure to check both schedules.

Please note that our policy is a precautionary measure after having carefully considered the advice from our respective regulatory bodies, as well as the Provincial and Federal government. We aim to ensure our most vulnerable members can obtain care safely.
